Nat Phillips and Molly Moorish-Gallagher are set to become parents, with the couple joyfully announcing their pregnancy on Instagram. The Liverpool defender, who has been on loan at Derby County, went public with his relationship with Liam Gallagher’s daughter last year after Molly posted a cosy photo of them together.

The pair shared their excitement on social media, with Molly posting a series of images including one where she cradles her bump next to the Liverpool star in front of a picturesque fountain.

Other snaps featured a cheeky mirror selfie showcasing her growing belly, an adorable babygrow emblazoned with ‘Cool mums have cool kids’, and a cute mug proclaiming her new status as ‘Mum’.

Molly light-heartedly captioned her post “Bulking season.” prompting Phillips to express his eagerness in the comments: “Can’t wait, love you both loads.”

Molly, who is the daughter of Oasis legend Liam and singer Lisa Moorish, has given her dad reason to sing ‘Wonderwall’ with even more gusto.

The iconic rocker first embraced fatherhood back in March 1998 when Lisa gave birth to Molly, just as Liam’s marriage to Patsy Kensit was beginning.

Despite his grandson’s strong Liverpool connections, it seems he’s got on famously with his Manchester City-supporting ‘father-in-law’. The 28 year old footballer, who joined Liverpool as a young talent back in 2018, has had a mixed time at Anfield.
