Good or bad move?
After a period of indecision, Bayern Munich has decided to extend Leroy Sané for a further three years:
As previously reported, Max Eberl is determined to keep the winger and is offering a contract until 2028. The current proposal includes a fixed salary of around €10 million gross per year, with additional performance-based payments that could bring the total package to around €14-16 million gross.
Sané is currently earning approximately €20 million gross (all-in) but is willing to accept a pay cut as he wants to stay. All parties are now working to reach an agreement. The contract talks are entering into a crucial phase!

Even with a reduced wage, the 29-year-old better step up his game and not send Bayern fans into conniptions every other game because Michael Olise is not getting any help. Still baffling that Thomas Müller didn’t even get one.
